At the bottom of this page, there is a simple questionnaire which will be used to build the beginnings of a month’s program for you. When payment is cleared this will be sent to you to begin the following week! Future payments will be given a deadline date – e.g. if paid on the 21st of September, the following payment is due by the 21st October. This is a due by date, not the date to pay. Once the questionnaire has been received and your bespoke program has been written, you are ready to start!

Now this important bit, this program initially gives the guide plan for your first block, however this is subject to change. You will fill out the column labelled ‘feedback’ as a means of letting me know how the training is going, fatigue, perceived intensity and so on. This is filled out with EITHER the RPE if there was a set weight, OR the weight used if there was a set RPE.

EVERY Tuesday and Friday (by 5pm) you will send this document back with the feedback column filled in for the sessions you have done since the last check in, should that be 1 session or more.
With this information your program will be updated and adjusted accordingly, often just as minor changes based on
your performing and this will be sent back to you. This happens in conjunction with the set check in days – by
Tuesday at 5pm and Friday by 5pm.

Technical Feedback/Analysis
During your training the sessions, you can film your main movements/variations for video analysis in the client group you will be added to. All videos posted will receive the feedback where needed and will give a good degree of detail whilst maintaining simplicity as needed.

You can use the group for general questions to the team or to myself.
You are given my contact to use but please make use accordingly.

Competition Handling
I try to attend all competitions that clients compete in regardless of distance. This means I will be there on the day,
talk you through the plan and help select numbers/organise warm ups and alike. This does however include a
handler fee as standard. This depends on the distance ect but is usually £10-20.

I’m sure you will take to coaching like a duck to water or like a deadlift to bumper plates, BUT – should you choose to leave, please do try to allow a 1-month warning as a courtesy.

It is of best interest for anyone looking to start a powerlifting meet preparation/fitness program to consult a physician before doing so; it would be wise to have blood work done, and a physical performed by a licensed physician.

from any liability now or in the future for any injury, including, but not limited to heart attacks, death, muscle strains, pulls or tears, broken bones, shin splints, heat prostration, knee/lower back/foot injuries and any other illness, soreness or injury however caused, occurring during or after my participation in the powerlifting meet preparation/fitness program offered.
By submitting this application, you state that in consideration of your participation in CJBstrong programming and/or coaching, you for yourself, your personal representatives, administrators, heirs and assigns, hereby holds harmless, CJBstrong from any claims arising from your participation in the powerlifting meet preparation/fitness program.
